Today I worked in the life neighborhood area. I felt a bit anxious about that spot and thought that it was going to be difficult. But in actuallity it was a very simple job to do when I came in. The first thing that I noticed when I came in was that this area had a certain smell that wasn't very pleasant but it wasn't a major factor that turned me away from it. The senior citizens in that facility were a lot different from the ones on the upper level. They all had some mental disablities that were sometimes hard to deal with. The people who worked there are good at what they do and that it kept me from not backing away from the situation. The job that I had to do was fairly simple and that all I had to do was draw simple pictures and wait for them to guess what it was. At times it was a challenge of patience to see if they'd get the picture but I knew that at some point they would need some encouragement. It was fun drawing pictures for them and it was a good ...
